Mr. Hung Hing Man, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Mr. Hung Hing Man joined the Group in March 2026. He was an Independent Non-executive Director and also a member of the Audit Committee of the Company from February 2017 to March 2026. Mr. Hung holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors. Mr. Hung is currently a proprietor of a certified public accountants firm. He has extensive working experience in corporate finance, accounting, auditing and taxation sectors. |
Ms. Hung Sau Yung Rebecca, General Manager for group administration and accounting
Ms. Hung Sau Yung Rebecca joined the group in March 1998. Ms. Hung received her Bachelor Degree in Business majoring in accounting from Queensland University of Technology in Australia. Ms. Hung has over 25 years' experience in accounting and administration. Prior to joining the Group, she worked as an administration and accounting manager in a Hong Kong trading company. Ms Hung was the Executive Director since January 2012 and retired in December 2018. After her retirement, Ms Hung remains as the General Manager overseeing the internal financial operations and controls as well as managing the administrative functions of the Group. |
Ms. Gao Qin Jian, General Manager
Ms. Gao Qin Jian joined the Group in March 2004. Ms. Gao received her Bachelor Degree in Business, majoring in business administration from Fudan University in the PRC. She is also a Senior Accountant granted by Shanghai Expertise Qualification Review Committee, Accounting Series. Ms. Gao has over 25 years' experience in accounting and finance, as well as extensive managerial experience in the distribution and logistics industries. Prior to joining the Group in 2004, she was the deputy general manager of one of the renowned retail chain stores in the PRC. Ms. Gao is responsible for overseeing the Group's FMCG Trading Business in northern and eastern regions of the PRC. |
